1-2-1 nutrition for weight loss

Are you struggling with weight loss, tried every diet going and find group weekly sessions do not fit in with your lifestyle?

This is a twelve- week personalised nutrition programme designed to fit in with you, bespoke to your needs this can be achieved face to face or via online.

Yoga Escape Package

This is designed for all abilities whether you have mobility restrictions and find normal exercise difficult through to those who need to take time out to stretch, tone, increase flexibility and mobility improve muscle strength and organ health.

These sessions also help de-stress, clear the mind and relax with the help of deep breathing. Suitable for all abilities there are sessions for everyone; beginners, relaxation, fitness, Revitalise and traditional Hatha Yoga.

1-2-1 Pink Ribbon Rehabilitation Programme

Exercise is designed for patients who have just been through surgery and physio and need to get back their full range of movement as quickly as possible safely and effectively.

The safe exercise programme will improve life expectancy, reduce the chance of recurrence as well as making the journey through treatment more effective and tolerable combined with nutrition to support and feed the body to help prevent recurrence for a brighter future and better quality of life.

Small Group Pink Ribbon Rehabilitation Course

Exercise is designed for patients who have just been through surgery and physio and need to get back their full range of movement as quickly as possible safely and effectively.

This is achieved in small group (ten or less) sessions.

Standard Weight Management Package

If your goal is to lose weight safely and effectively educating you on the right nutrition to benefit your overall long term health.

You have the option to attend any weight management session a week plus the option to stay for the aerobics or legs bums and tums session that follows straight after at no extra cost each week with day and evening sessions to choose from to fit around your busy schedule.
