All - Inclusive Package

Weight management you get a weekly 1-2-1 weigh in with a qualified nutritionist with the option to include a body composition analysis once a month to track your fat loss. This is then followed by a group talk by your weight management coach. The talks change each week and range from nutrition, exercise, mindset, success stories and much more with group challenges at key times of the year to keep you on track.

Exercise

There are over ten different styles for you to choose from to stop you getting bored, challenge the body in different ways, tone and shape up the whole body and to ensure all clients are catered for based on their ability. The sessions on offer each week are:

HIIT

HIIT- stands for high intensity interval training that is challenging, group- focused athletic training, cardio conditioning and total body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow but the workout will challenge you and get you in the best shape of your life. Great for fat burning if combined with a weight loss journey. (Intermediate- advanced level)

Legs, bums and tums

Legs, bums and tums- This is designed to tone up, firm up and burn fat from your legs, tummy, hips, thighs and bottom so you shed those inches which works well in combination with a weight loss programme. This is suitable for all abilities and adaptations and alternatives will be given if needed. (Beginners- intermediate)

Boogie Bounce

Boogie Bounce- Is a fab, funky and fat burning. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline with a safety bar. Choreographed to chart topping inspired music which includes an extremely effective cardio section and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! (Beginners- intermediate)

Fun circuits

A form of body conditioning or resistance training using low- high intensity aerobic moves. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. It is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the programme. This is suitable for all abilities and is great group work. Each week the moves change to make it into a fun enjoyable session. All levels and abilities of fitness can benefit from this session. (Beginners, intermediate and advanced)

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the west. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. (Class Level – Easy to Advanced)

Beginners Yoga

Beginners Yoga is a Class designed for those new to Yoga, and/or have any mobility restrictions. This Class is gentle on the body, using basics Yoga poses to help increase muscle strength and flexibility. (Class Level – Easy)

Revitalise Yoga

Revitalize Yoga is a faster paced Class for those wanting a quick but effective working in the morning. The poses are designed to flow easily to give the attendee a strong toning and flexibility session, helping to strengthen the back, legs and arms. All Levels welcome

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga is a Yoga Class designed solely for Fitness benefits. The poses and stretches used are designed to promote Muscle toning and strengthening, join mobility and flexibility, along with deep twists to help core strength and organ health. (Class Level – Intermediate)

Relaxation Yoga

Relaxation Yoga is a Gentle de-stress session to wind the week down and clear the mind. The Class will flow into deep stretches and long poses to help work deep into the muscles and concentrate the mind to relax through deep breathing. (Class Level – All levels welcome)
