Where and when

Sessions are held at Sandra Todd Fitness Studio & breakthrough nutrition Centre, New Road (above Bed city), Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 1AQ. You can access the class timetable by visiting the classes link at the top of this page.

The club is a totally relaxed atmosphere with tea and coffee facilities to have a natter with others while waiting for the talks to start.

Structure of a weight management session

Each session is 30 minutes long with the first 15 minutes as an optional 1-2-1 weigh in with your coach. This is where tea and coffee facilities are available at no extra charge!
A group talk that lasts approximately ten minutes. Your qualified nutritionist Sandra Todd will talk about factual researched information on either nutrition, motivation, mindset, goal setting, and exercise. The talk changes each week.

Body composition scales

The first week of every month there is the chance to get your body composition analysed which includes a print out to take home at no extra cost. This is where fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration, and weight are assessed to track you are going in the right direction. This is a real indication on health markers and not just looking at overall weight.
