Meet Your Instructor
I first came across Yoga back when I started going to go to fitness Classes around the age of 18 years old. The Instructor was friendly, welcoming and always had a smile on her face, I really enjoyed the deep stretching after a hard week of working out. The Class finally got cancel and although I tried several Yoga Classes over the years, I never found one that was relaxed, none spiritual and a good balance of toning and stretching.
After I became a Fitness Instructor in 2011, I continued jumping from Yoga Classes at different Gym’s and using Yoga DVD’s until I decided to get a Yoga Qualification. Why not teach a Class that I would love to attend myself?! Since obtaining my Yoga Diploma in 2013, I have fully enjoyed teaching fun, friendly Classes that all abilities and experienced levels are welcomed. I hope to teach and practise Yoga for the rest of my life!
